The Culturetest assesses an individual's cultural profile through a series of questions based on the Dingemans & Janssen model for cultural differences. The resulting profile comprises three culture types—task-oriented, relationship-oriented, and purpose-oriented—across four levels. These include visible communication styles, hidden communication styles, professional values, and basic values, totaling 16 cultural aspects.
To take the test, users register and receive a code, enabling them to access the assessment and, after completion, a dashboard with a downloadable report. The dashboard provides access to applications for exploring values and adapting to other styles of communication, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse teams.
The Culturetest offers practical advice for bridging cultural differences in each of the 16 aspects and provides a database with profiles of over 80 country cultures, helping users anticipate and navigate potential cultural clashes.
