Culturetest is the practical tool of the Dingemans & Janssen model of cultural differences

Through a series of questions, a personalized cultural profile is calculated. This profile shows the individual’s cultural orientation on three cultural types: task oriented; relationship oriented; purpose oriented.

The cultural orientation is subdivided in four levels; Visible and Hidden communication styles; Professional values – this is how you approach work; and finally your Basic values which are at the very core of a person’s decision-making strategies.

To do the Culturetest, go to ‘Register’ if you already have a registration code, or contact us to obtain a code.

Once you’ve done the assessment, you’ll see the menu item ‘Dashboard’ where you can download a report with your results and explore six applications which will help you get to know your own profile better, and to find out about how to work effectively with people and cultures who have different profiles.

After completing the assessment, you have an overview of your visible communication styles, hidden communication styles, professional values and your basic values. You can see how this profile compares to different country cultures and what the similarities and differences are between you and your team members.
